Slurry seal is the most versatile and cost effective way to preserve and protect a paving investment over time.  The application of slurry seal will significantly extend the life of existing pavements by protecting the undersurface from the effects of the environment. 

By undertaking a program of planned preventative pavement maintenance, considerable savings in rehabilitation costs may be achieved.  When slurry is used to seal the asphalt pavement, the asphalt will be protected against moisture, one of its biggest enemies. 

All asphalt surfaces are subject to the wear and tear caused by traffic, weather, and aging.  NO SURFACE IS PERMANENT.  If applied correctly, the application of slurry seal will significantly extend the life of existing pavement by protecting the under-surface from damage caused by water seepage.  Additionally, improved physical appearance is an added bonus to this process.
