We have concrete crews consisting foremen, cement masons and laborers trained to act as a quick response total quality team under radio dispatch communication with our superintendents. This approach enhances performance, production, and quality in the field. Because these teams stay together from one jobsite to the next the expertise and efficiency gained from working together at one jobsite is transferred to other jobsites all over Southern California. These crews excel at concrete work because concrete work is all that they do. All crews are trained and experienced in the following: curb and gutters, sidewalks, flow lines, ADA compliant handicap ramps, concrete cutting, demolition and reconstruction.
